I wanted to put in writing what I have told you in person!
 
I have real estate license with another real estate company, but it is in the referral network and not an "active" sales license.  Last summer, 2007, when we decided to sell our home in Zachary Woods, I contacted several real estate agents, including the firm that holds my license. My wife and I chose after these interviews to go with an agent with my firm. The agent had many years of experience and was highly ranked in the retail sales side of our firm.
 
When two renewals had come and gone, we realized that although there had been one or two viewings a week, we had yet to receive any offer. So, when the listing expired at the end of the year, after six months on the market, I contacted you. As the saying goes, the rest is history. You listed the house, and in a few weeks, we had a contract. The house actually closed May 1st.
 
The story is not, however, just the fact that a buyer was found. The difference was in the way you worked with us and the advice you gave in making our home more appealing. I am the sales manager for a company that handles roughly $50 million a year in architecture and construction. I thought I knew what it would take to sell our home. Candidly, I think without your help, it would still be on the market.
